Bryan Percy was born in Miami, Florida, and was raised in Central Florida, having moved to Orlando at a young age. Bryan received his B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida. Bryan then obtained his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship.
While in law school, Bryan was a member of the Human Rights Clinic where he drafted multiple reports on international human rights law and human rights violations that were used in various advocacy efforts including being presented to the United Nations. Bryan was also involved in various student organizations during law school, including serving as the Vice President of Administration of the Christian Legal Society and the MLB Competition Chair for the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. Prior to joining the firm Bryan interned with Universal Creative’s Legal Department, where he assisted in legal research and in drafting contracts with construction and engineering firms.
Bryan now is dedicated to his practice in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction law and complex multi-party construction defect litigation. Bryan has a passion for helping his clients navigate the complex issues of construction law and achieve the best possible outcome.
Bryan is married to his beautiful wife Katerina, and they have two wonderful dogs, Rey and Artie. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife, cheering on the New York Yankees, and cooking. Bryan and his wife also enjoy visiting different restaurants in the Central Florida area and visiting Orlando’s great theme parks.
