Anthony “Tony” M. Horrnik is an attorney at the office of Moody & Graf, P.A. in Maitland, Florida. Tony focuses his practice on the representation of general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and design professionals. Since 2008, he has guided and represented clients in the construction sector in all matters related to construction industry claims and litigation practice in state and federal courts.
In addition to providing traditional litigation and arbitration services, Tony routinely provides insight and advice during the negotiation and review of contracts, identifying potential risk exposure and liabilities. His practice includes advising on construction operations, corporate compliance, structuring and negotiating industry agreements, as well as risk management.
Previously, and for over six years, Tony served as senior lead counsel to a United States-based, Fortune 500 property and casualty insurance company, where he handled all construction defect litigation for the company’s insureds in West, Central, and North Florida. Prior to joining Moody & Graf, he was a partner and lead defense attorney for a variety of construction industry clients at a national law firm, where he represented clients in coverage and construction defect litigation in local county and circuit courts, and was an advisor in the areas of corporate and transactional matters to clients within the construction industry. Before practicing law, Tony served as Special Assistant in Latin American Affairs for the New York Yankees.
Tony received his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in May 2008 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida in May 2004. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.
Tony is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish.
