Jessica Clark was born in Plantation, Florida and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She earned her B.S. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she was a member of the Nova Law Review.
Jessica is an experienced civil defense attorney with more than 15 years of practice representing clients in complex litigation matters. Before transitioning to construction defect litigation, she spent several years practicing PIP insurance defense, representing insurance carriers in high-volume first-party claims. That experience gave her a strong foundation in insurance
coverage analysis, claims handling, and litigation strategy, which continues to inform her approach in construction defect matters today.
As an Associate at Moody & Graf, Jessica focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction law and construction defect disputes. She is known for her pragmatic, results-driven approach and is committed to providing effective advocacy while aligning legal strategy with her clients’ business objectives.
Outside the office, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, Donny, and their two children, Easton and Oakley.
