Brooke Lynn Smith was born and raised in Buffalo, New York and now calls Central Florida home. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the State University of New York at Brockport in 2020. In 2025, she graduated from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law with her Juris Doctorate.
During law school, Brooke Lynn was actively involved in advocacy and leadership. As a member of Trial Team, she advocated in four mock trial competitions across Florida, earning recognition for her advocacy skills. She also served as a Research Assistant to Professor Nadia Ahmad, J.D., Ph.D. conducting research on environmental issues impacting Muslim communities, and worked as a Dean’s Study Fellow tutoring students in Property law, earning recognition for her legal research and writing skills.
Brooke Lynn has gained extensive legal experience in both Florida and New York having worked as a legal assistant at law firms supporting attorneys in complex litigation matters involving construction and real property disputes.
As an Associate at Moody & Graf, Brooke Lynn focuses her practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction law and construction defect disputes. She is committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of construction litigation by developing strategic, efficient, and effective solutions tailored to their individual needs.
Outside of law, Brooke Lynn enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring Central Florida, visiting the theme parks, and continuing to grow her passion for advocacy and service.
