Brandon Montville was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2016 and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Brandon received his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2013, where he was a member of the Journal of Technology Law & Policy. Brandon has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.
Brandon has focused his career on civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the areas of construction defect, personal injury, first-party property, and the defense of governmental entities. Currently, his practice deals almost entirely with construction matters. Brandon was born and raised in Central Florida and has close ties to the area. Brandon is an avid fan of Gator athletics and enjoys playing golf with family and friends in his free time.
