Joshua Sauer is originally from Central Florida, having grown up in Winter Springs. Josh received his Bachelor of Science in Business at the University of West Florida where he was also a four-year member of the Men’s Soccer Team. Josh was then awarded a Full-Tuition Merit Scholarship to Pennsylvania State University School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate. During law school, Josh participated in the trial advocacy program and received the Christopher C. French Litigation Scholarship for his performance.

Prior to joining Moody and Graf, Josh was a summer associate at two different firms, each focusing on general civil litigation. Wanting to practice in a specialized field of law, Josh found Moody and Graf a good fit where he currently concentrates on construction law and complex multi-party construction defect litigation.

Josh assists in handling complex commercial disputes involving transactions, contracts, insurance, construction defects, and regulatory compliance. He works with builders, architects, engineers, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys staying active while playing soccer and running. Josh also enjoys spending time with his family, including his Australian Sheppard, Indie.
