After graduating magna cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1999, she clerked for the Honorable Karla R. Spaulding, former United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida, before joining a boutique construction litigation firm in 2002. After sixteen years of practicing law in Central Florida, she moved to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, where she clerked for five years for the Honorable Keith Starrett, Senior United States District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi. She has now returned to Maitland and is excited to resume her construction litigation practice with Moody & Graf, P.A.

Lana’s experience includes all facets of construction law, having represented general contractors, trade contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, material suppliers, and sureties. Such representation has included a broad spectrum of projects from habitat restoration projects to underground parking garages. Lana is an aggressive litigator who, with her clerkship experience and background in theatre, focuses on motion practice and trial advocacy.

Having three adult daughters who were raised in Orlando but who now reside throughout the United States, Lana enjoys traveling for visits as well as for adventure. She is an avid golfer and has played many beautiful and iconic golf courses around the country. She also enjoys attending the theatre, reading, solving puzzles, playing card games and board games with friends and family, and watching college football.
